Why does it Matter? Fly Free as a Beautiful Butterfly

Why does it matter that we need each other? 

What does it mean to Fly Free as a Butterfly? 

Abuse of any kind, affects the victim in numerous ways. 

Damaging the body, the soul, and also ones' spirit.

It puts the victim into a place of bondage and pain;

With God's help and guidance, and our wiliness and openness to try 

to be completely honest with ourselves and other fellow sister survivors,

listen to suggestions even though we don't like it or want to or 

because it doesn't feel comfortable, 

but we take that step of faith as if we are a child standing on

a counter and without any doubting, we just off into our mother's arms,

and willing to  try this every new day, 

Christ promises to bring us into freedom and healing.

To Fly Free as a Beautiful Butterfly! - before the butterfly was beautiful and free, she was once alone, and everything was all about her-"the constant eating caterpillar"; nothing would or could "fill" it or satisfy it. Why? Because She was empty without a vision. Empty in her heart, wounded, bruised, scarred by the numerous abuses. She tried everything to fill her pain up-to cover her pain up. To not see it, remember it or feel it, or it's affects. 

She tried shopping, food, exercising, smoking, drinking, parties, drugs, gambling, sex or no sex.  It would work, but for a moment, then the search was on again. Day in and day out trying to find solace and peace.

So after some nothing worked, we curl up alone. We sleep, we isolate, hide ourselves from the world. Just as does the Caterpillar.

But what happens after the Caterpillar hides in his cocoon? During that dark time, we finally reach out for Christ. We take that step of faith to trust and believe in Him that He truly does 

love us. That the best leap and decision we can do for ourselves. 

What happens to the Butterfly/Caterpillar? She breaks out of the fragile closed up world of the self-made cocoon, only now transformed with Christ blood of love covering us, and we/the now Beautiful Butterfly, breaks out FREE!

FREE to FLY FREELY with God's love all around us. Everyday, flying along with Christ's Holy Spirit by our side trusting in His arms of supporting and healing LOVE.

Fly Free today and everyday. Grab God's Purple Heart of Survival and be Healed in the name of Jesus. 

Remember, this is a daily "job" - Start everyday anew with Christ. He is the SAME yesterday, today and FOREVER - He love is unending and always available to us. We just need to accept it with that simple childlike blind faith. 

Everyday is a new day to fly free again. Butterflies flock together in 2's or a group as well as alone. So when the days offer rough winds, grab onto another sister survivor with Faith in God and support each other while flying THROUGH those rough winds. But if you forget and the wind blows you off track, it's ok, just get up and shake off the dust or dirt and fly again!
